Belle Vigne is a small town near Remora, found within riding distance to the south of the city-state. It is the Talian equivalent of the tiny walled hill town of Murlo, located south-east of Siena.
At the foot of the grassy hill where Belle Vigne is situated is a small village. At the top of the hill are the remains of an old Rassenan settlement. Because it located outside of the city of Remora and somewhat more remote, it is considered neutral ground for meetings.
